At GEM, we offer professional and comprehensive estimates tailored to your project’s needs. Our estimate pricing is based on the location and size of the job, ensuring you receive a detailed and accurate assessment. Here are our price points:

• Small Projects (e.g., single room remodels, minor renovations)
• Local: $50-75
• Out-of-Area: $75-100
• Medium Projects (e.g., kitchen or bathroom remodels, multi-room renovations)
• Local: $100-150
• Out-of-Area: $150-200
• Large Projects (e.g., full home remodels, higher end kitchens and bathrooms)
• Local: $200-300
• Out-of-Area: $300-400
• Extensive Projects (e.g., full home remodels with custom features, large-scale renovations)
• Local: $300-500
• Out-of-Area: $500-650

(Local- within 15-20 minutes of Red Creek, 13143. With exceptions if there is multiple estimates in the same area at the same time estimates will be considered local. Multiple project discount available depending on projects)

Remodeling Costs

At GEM, we understand that remodeling your home is a significant investment. To help you plan and budget, we provide a range of estimated costs for some of our most popular services:

Bathroom Remodels

• Basic Remodel: $5,000 – $10,000
• Includes cosmetic updates such as new fixtures, paint, flooring, toilet, and minor repairs.
• Mid-Range Remodel: $10,000 – $20,000
• Involves upgrades basic cabinetry, basic tiling, repairs, basic plumbing/electrical and everything in above level. (this could include a shower/tub unit)
• Full Remodel: $20,000 – $35,000+
• Features full or partial gut, new shower/tub with tile, tiling, new cabinetry, plumbing/electrical, vent, trim and everything in previous levels.
• High-End Remodel $35,000-$75,000+
• Features full or partial gut, all higher end or custom materials and finishes, custom tile shower, custom glass, custom or high end vanity, along with everything from all the previous levels.

Kitchen Remodels

• Basic Remodel: $15,000 – $30,000
• Includes new hardware, countertops, backsplash, flooring and painting.
• Mid-Range Remodel: $30,000 – $60,000
• Includes cabinetry, upgraded countertops, along with everything in previous level.
• High-End Remodel: $60,000 – $100,000+
• Involves custom cabinetry, premium countertops, higher end backsplash, complete layout redesign along with everything from previous levels.
