Ray launched his career over 15 years ago as a handyman, driven by a passion for quality work and a commitment to doing things the right way. What began as a one-man operation has grown into GEM LLC — a respected remodeling company known for delivering high-end kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom renovations.

While Ray isn’t as hands-on with the tools these days, he’s fully focused on growing the company, supporting his team, and ensuring every project meets the same standard of excellence GEM has built its name on. As a Marine Corps veteran, he brings structure, accountability, and integrity to everything the company does.
