The Role of a Project Manager



As a Project Manager at GEM, you are the go-to person for clients, subcontractors, and our leadership team. You’ll take a project from the moment it’s sold through the final walkthrough, ensuring everything runs efficiently and to standard.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Coordinating subcontractor crews and keeping them on schedule
  • Communicating with clients and addressing concerns proactively
  • Ensuring projects stay on budget and meet quality standards
  • Solving problems quickly and decisively before they escalate
  • Delivering projects on time and to the client’s satisfaction

  • Have residential remodeling experience (or strong leadership in construction-related fields)
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Have the ability to lead and motivate subcontractor crews
  • Communicate clearly with both clients and team members
  • Live in Monroe County or close by to effectively serve our market
