The Role of a Small Projects Specialist
As a Small Projects Specialist, you’ll be responsible for handling the kinds of jobs that keep clients coming back to GEM again and again. Your work ensures homes stay functional, beautiful, and up to the high standards we’re known for.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Small bathroom remodels
- Tile repair & installation
- Painting & drywall touch-ups
- Flooring installation & repairs
- Fixture replacements and installations
- Light plumbing and electrical
- Window and door replacement
- Masonry and stair repairs
- General maintenance and assembly
- Exterior home repairs
You’ll often be the only GEM representative on site, which makes this role ideal for someone who can work independently while still delivering professional results.
