At GEM LLC, we’ve built a reputation over the last 15+ years as a trusted, veteran-owned remodeling company known for our quality, professionalism, and no-nonsense approach. We’re now looking to expand our network of experienced, dependable subcontractors who take pride in their work and want to focus on building — not billing.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking subcontractors who can handle:
- Full remodels (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc.)
- Home additions and new construction
- Specialized trades (framing, drywall, roofing, masonry, tile, finish carpentry, etc.)
Whether you’re a one-person operation or have a crew, we’re open to both.

- We Handle the Scope & Estimates: We create the project scope, collect photos, and provide you everything needed upfront. You send us your bid, and we handle the rest.

- Year-Round Work: We don’t slow down when the seasons change. Projects come in consistently throughout the year.
- Transparent Systems: We use Housecall Pro for real-time job tracking, scheduling, and communication. You’ll see what we see.
- Priority Access to Projects: Subcontractors who work exclusively with GEM will be offered projects first.
- Flexible Scheduling: We prefer jobs are done on our schedule, but we’re open as long as timelines are met.

- You are not to advertise for your business while working on one of our projects, client is not to know you are a sub contractor and only that you work for us. Neighbors that approach you while on site are to be referred to GEM. Are you ok with this?
